Within Canada or British Columbia

In B.C., we’re following the Provincial Government’s Restart Plan. We’re now in Step 3, which indicates leisure travel across Canada is permitted. However, each province and territory has its own measures in place. Be sure to understand these before you travel.

To the U.S. or Another International Destination

If you’re travelling to or from the U.S. or internationally, the border process is more comprehensive. You may be required to show proof of vaccine and undergo pre-departure COVID testing, testing on arrival or both.

Upon arrival, you will need to use the ArriveCAN app and you may need to quarantine.

Do you require testing before your you fly or upon arrival?

Some countries, including Canada, require pre-departure testing, testing on arrival or both.

At YVR, we have a number of pre-departure testing facilities. We’re also facilitating the mandatory testing on arrivals for international travellers.
